What Matters

Show Compassion

James 2:15 Suppose you see a brother or sister who has no food or clothing, 16 and you say, “…stay warm and eat well”—but then you don’t give that person any food or clothing. What good does that do? 17…faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead…”

 

Sometimes people get too distracted with the inconveniences around them to remember to show compassion.

Relax!

Psa.116:7 (VOICE) “O my soul! Return and relax. Come to your true rest, for the Eternal has showered you with His favor.”

 

I can confidently tell you that God loves me. God does not love me because I preach a good sermon or because someone gives his or her life to Jesus. Yes, He is happy but that is not the reason why He loves me. I know this truth like I know my name –it is engraved into every fibre of my being. So, I do not have or feel any pressure! The Joker
