Through Him
Heb.1:1-2 “Long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets. And now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son…”
In times past, in the Old Testament, God spoke to our fathers and to the people He wanted to reach through the prophets. It is so important for you to hear God for yourself. If you cannot hear God for yourself, people will attempt to lead you in their own direction. My advice is, go into your closet and pray. It is very humbling to hear the voice of God. One of the most abused statements that I have come across as a person is, “God told me to do xyz”. I do not think a lot of people appreciate how dangerous it is to make such a bold claim. The second way to provoke God’s favour and make heaven decide on your behalf is by Pleasing God. You can provoke favour by pleasing God. Pleasing God unlocks God’s favour.
