Engaged
1 Thessalonians 5:17 “Pray without ceasing. Pray at all times. Never stop praying. Make your life a prayer.” (ESV/GNT/NLT/TPT)
To make the most of your life, to have mental metamorphosis, to enjoy consistent mental health the first thing is, Do Not Believe Everything You THINK. The second thing is, Guard Your Mind Against GARBAGE. Proverbs 15:14 “A wise person is hungry for knowledge, while the fool feeds on trash.” Read the rest of this entry
Five of Five
3 John 1:2 “Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.” (NIV)
Do you want a healthy life? Then you need to Eat, and you need to Move.
#3. Care: We need to care for our bodies. Care for your skin. Did you know that soap is a miracle product? Just try it out. It is not about being wealthy or not being wealthy. Read the rest of this entry
Long Road
1 Corinthians 9:25&27 “All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize… I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should…”
How will you feel if you are walking, down the road and you see somebody vandalizing a church? You should feel bad and do everything you possibly can, like call the police, to stop them. Guess what? We vandalize our bodies on a daily when we eat things that we know will destroy our bodies. Read the rest of this entry
In Dwelling
Ephesians 2:21-22 “In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.” (NIV)

Warning!

We will kick off today’s devotional with our final thought from yesterday. Forgiveness is not about deserving; forgiveness is about preserving. Forgiveness is not about if ‘they’ deserve it or not. Forgiveness is about preserving your own heart so that you do not become a bitter person. Read the rest of this entry
In Sync
Psalm 119:60 “Without delay, I hurry to obey your commands.” (GNT, emphasis added)
Following the Holy Spirit is a skill, but you can learn it. And I pray that you will learn it in this season in the Name of Jesus. 1Kings 8:58 “May he keep us centred and devoted to him, following the life path he has cleared, watching the signposts, walking at the pace and rhythms he laid down for our ancestors.” (MSG). In Time
Ecclesiastes 8:6 “There is a right time and a right way to do everything, but we know so little!” (GNT, emphasis added).
A lot of people seem to have two left legs. It is as if they are always stumbling. They do the right thing at the wrong time and do the wrong thing at the right time. A lot of people are usually out of sync, out of rhythm. I pray today that your life will come into the rhythm of heaven in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Read the rest of this entry
Your Response, IV
Psalm 34:5 “Look to Him and shine, so shame will never contort your faces.” (Voice)
We will kick off today’s devotional with our final thought from yesterday which is that where you look determines what flows to you. Are you looking at the Source of light or are you looking at social media and what is trending? Are you looking at which celebrity is saying what, or what is going on in the news?
