Acts 19:11 “God gave Paul the power to perform unusual miracles. 12 When handkerchiefs or aprons that had merely touched his skin were placed on sick people, they were healed of their diseases, and evil spirits were expelled.”

We are in a very special season; a season where we release our faith and we use items as point of contact to where we want God to unleash His power and His miracles. Read the rest of this entry

Plugs

Matt.16:18 “Now I say to you that you are Peter (which means ‘rock’), and upon this rock I will build my church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it.” [with emphasis].

Yesterday, we established that what Jesus was saying in this scripture is that, for you to be unstoppable and for you to have your life set up in such a way that the gates of hell will not prevail against it. Read the rest of this entry

The People I

Matt.2:1 Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, saying, “Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him.”

Just as divine guidance was key to locating Christ, divine guidance will be key to locating your destiny.

Eccl. 8:6 (GN)”There is a right time and a right way to do everything but we know so little.” [with emphasis]

People and things will waste your time; sometimes this is inevitable and outside of your control. However, whether your energy will be conserved or wasted is always within your control. Let me illustrate with an experience I had some years ago. Read the rest of this entry

The Workings I

Eccl.11:1 “Don’t be afraid to release your bread upon the waters, for in due time you will find it…4 Those who watch and wait for favorable winds never plant, and those who watch and fret over every cloud never harvest” [Voice].

Years ago I was on a project for a year and a half and I was tired of the project. I wanted to go back to Lagos. So I got the permission to go back. Then I realized that while I was working on the project, I had a free house, car with a driver attached but back home, I did not have a car. So I had a pressing need. I needed a miracle. I had put money aside to buy a big screen television because I like media. Read the rest of this entry

Need vs. Seed

Mark 4:24 “Then he added, “Pay close attention to what you hear. The closer you listen, the more understanding you will be given—and you will receive even more”

This ordinance of “Right seed, Right soil and Right condition” is key to the Kingdom. And if can you understand it, if you get it, you will stop struggling. Things will not just be by accident in your life because you will know what to do and how to make things happen. This formula is applicable to whatever area you are looking to God for abundant harvest. In spiritual growth, in finances, in matrimonial harmony, in career, in your business, and even in the supernatural; it is the same formula – right seed + right soil + right condition = Abundant harvest.   Read the rest of this entry

Ps.103:7 “He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.” [KJV]

It is beautiful to walk with God, understanding His ordinances as it flows from His heart. Right seed + the right soil + the right condition = Abundant harvest. This ordinance is so powerful and so important.  It may look simple but believe me if you work this, you will never be stranded. I have worked this ordinance for over twenty years and counting. Antidote II

Ps. 27:10Even if my mother and father forsake me, the Lord will receive me.”

Most times, people that struggle with the pain of rejection, particularly from people they are most vulnerable to, start to think there is something wrong with them. If you are in this category then this message is for you. I am here to tell you that there is nothing wrong with you but something is wrong with them. It is possible that you have spent years trying to get your father’s approval. I am here to tell Read the rest of this entry

Truth vs. Error

2 Tim.3:16 “All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right”

Over the next few days, we will be learning how to go forward from the story in Ezra 3 [please read]. A couple of things led to this and we will learn a few lessons from history. After David died, Solomon became king but he did a lot of not so good things. But God was faithful and Israel broke up into two kingdoms after the death of Solomon – the northern and the southern kingdoms. Jerusalem was in the southern kingdom. The northern kingdom was given to idol worship and the Assyrians captured it. Prophets Micah and Isaiah Read the rest of this entry

Blue Print

Matt.6:9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name” [KJV, emphasis added]

Jesus does not only give us a pattern of prayer, He also instructs us to pray like this.  Jesus says the first thing you do when you approach God, is to worship. Matt.6:10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Jesus says the second thing is to be Kingdom minded. This means praying for your pastor and your church family. You pray for missionaries, for the Word of God to prosper on earth, and for the churches that are being persecuted on earth. You pray for God’s Kingdom even in your work place; that it Read the rest of this entry
