Martyrion
Acts 5:32-33 “We are witnesses of these things and so is the Holy Spirit, who is given by God to those who obey him.’ When they heard this, the high council was furious and decided to kill them.”
John 1:6-9 (NRSV) “There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. He came as a witness to testify to the light, so that all might believe through him.
