Num.23:19 “God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through?”
Josh.14:8 “…For my part, I wholeheartedly followed the Lord my God.” (emphasis added). Wholeheartedly describes Caleb’s posture as regards God’s promise and this is very instructive. Stand Firm
Ps.46:10 “Be still, and know that I am God! I will be honoured by every nation. I will be honoured throughout the world.”
When we choose to obey God and refuse to worry, we are putting our confidence in God. As a child of God, when you put your confidence in Him, it makes Him feel good. It makes Him want to perform. Hold On
Ps.105:19 “Until the time came to fulfil his dreams, the Lord tested Joseph’s character.
We are grateful to God for His hand upon us, for dismantling depression, demolishing doubt and for dealing with defeat. Over the next couple of days, by God’s grace, God is going to show us how to overcome discouragement. All these ‘D’s’ are going to crumble in Jesus Name. 1 Peter 2:9 (NKJV) “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvellous light”
