Centre of Attraction
John 4:23 ““It’s who you are and the way you live that count before God. Your worship must engage your spirit in the pursuit of truth. That’s the kind of people the Father is out looking for: those who are simply and honestly themselves before him in their worship.” (MSG, emphasis added)
We must be big on worship as people of God. Worship must be a huge part of your identity as a disciple of Christ Jesus. The truth is that the most important thing that we do is worship. Read the rest of this entry
On Trial
Matt. 1:18 “This is how Jesus the Messiah was born. His mother, Mary, was engaged to be married to Joseph. But before the marriage took place, while she was still a virgin, she became pregnant through the power of the Holy Spirit”

Expressions

Your expression of love to God depends on your level with God. How an ‘infant’ – a baby Christian, will express love to God is different from how ‘a child’ in God that is not an infant will express love. John 21:9 “When they got there, they found breakfast waiting for them—fish cooking over a charcoal fire, and some bread.”

Do You Know?

Under Cover
John 8:59 “At that point they picked up stones to throw at him. But Jesus was hidden from them and left the Temple.” (emphasis added).
The stones they picked up were the same stones that the Pharisees and the leaders had dropped because the stones were for Jesus all along. Though this crowd did not join the Pharisees and the leaders at that point, they just stood and watched the exchanges. Read the rest of this entry
