Force Multiplier
Ex.17: 10 “Joshua did exactly as Moses had instructed him to do. He gathered the strongest men he could find and fought against the soldiers of Amalek. Meanwhile, Moses, Aaron, and Hur climbed to the top of the hill” [with emphasis]
The Power to Prevail is Multiplied in Community. Ex.17:9 “Moses called for a young leader named Joshua. Moses (to Joshua): Select some of our best men, and go fight against the soldiers of Amalek…” [with emphasis]. Joshua could not go and fight all by himself. Moses did not expect Joshua to go alone. Joshua needed to attend to this assignment with a team and that was exactly what he did. Even Moses did not go up on the hill alone.
Take Action II
Ex.17: 11 “It happened that whenever Moses raised his hand, the battle went well for Israel; but whenever he lowered his hand to rest, Amalek began to win”.” [Voice, with emphasis].
Moses took action. The enemy has spoken negativity concerning you and you are saying perhaps they do not mean it? Do yourself a favour and respond. Take Action I
Ex.17:9 “Moses called for a young leader named Joshua. Moses (to Joshua): Select some of our best men, and go fight against the soldiers of Amalek. Tomorrow I will stand at the crest of that hill overlooking the battlefield with God’s staff in my hand” [Voice, with emphasis].
The beauty about God’s Word is that the more you engage it, the more it engages you and the more it accomplishes in and through you. Please read Exodus 17:8-13. The second thing we see is that the Power to Prevail is released when you Take Action. You are the general of your life and great generals take action. Moses did not just wait for Amalek. Moses took action and initiated the battle against the Amalekites.
Heirs
Ex.17: 8 While the Israelites were camped at Rephidim, soldiers of Amalek came and attacked them” [with emphasis]
The first thing that stands out in the story of the children of Israel from Exodus 17:8-13 [please read], is that the Power to Prevail is released when You Become. The Israelites were God’s people; they had the seed of God in them. 1Jn.5:4 “for everyone born of God overcomes the world…” [NIV]. The power to prevail is released when the seed of God is formed in you. The power to prevail is released when you become a child of God. You cannot prevail against the world except you are born of God.
Power
Acts 1:8 “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
I am confident that your life will not be void of power. All God asks for, is that you give Him all the glory, all the credit. God wants us to acknowledge that power belongs to Him. The only time we will run into problems is when we attempt to share in God’s credit [glory]. God does not really like that. King Nebuchadnezzar attempted to share in God’s glory and God caused him to eat grass for seven years until he gave all the glory to God and acknowledged that the Most High rules. Absolute Power
Ps.62:11 “The True God spoke this once, and twice I’ve heard that You, the True God, hold all power” (VOICE)
I am really excited about all that God is doing in you this season. I pray that fruitfulness will break forth in our lives, in Jesus Name. And indeed according to the time of life, we will all be rejoicing, giving God thanks for an avalanche of fruitfulness in our lives. Be Fruitful
Ex.23:25 “You must serve only the Lord your God. If you do, I will bless you with food and water, and I will protect you from illness. 26 There will be no miscarriages or infertility in your land, and I will give you long, full lives”
God has said concerning us that none shall cast their young. When we bring God’s Word back to Him, we are affirming our belief in Him and in His Word. We are saying to God in essence, we believe that You do what You say. So you are going to say, “Father, any problems with my organs that is preventing conception, let it be corrected, in Jesus Name. Take Hold!
Matt.16:19 “Peter, I give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven” [VOICE]
Fondness in parents or in relatives is sometimes expressed through pet names. For some people, that is the root cause of their troubles and that is what is enforcing barrenness in their lives. For some ladies, the challenge is that growing up, they were fondly called “Daddy’s wife”. Honestly, I do not know why people do that. It seemed like a joke but if you are “Daddy’s wife”, you cannot have children for your own husband. If this applies to you, you are going to prayerfully separate yourself, in Jesus Name.
Take Charge
Ps.84:11 “For the Lord God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The Lord will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right” [with emphasis]
To do what is right means to be righteous and our righteousness is of God. So if you want the good things from God, you have to be in Christ. You need to align with the righteousness of Christ. As you align, every form of barrenness will come to an end, in Jesus Name. Make Jesus the Lord of your life today.
