Shortcut Short-circuits!
Job 31:1 “I made a covenant with my eyes not to look with lust at a young woman. 2 For what has God above chosen for us? What is our inheritance from the Almighty on high?”
Most of the time if we will be true to self, we will admit that when God wants to save us from disaster, we often think He just wants to punish us.
Spirit Controlled!
Gal.5: 22 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”

Matt.9:18 “As Jesus was saying this, the leader of a synagogue came and knelt before him. “My daughter has just died,” he said, “but you can bring her back to life again if you just come and lay your hand on her.”

This is one of my favourite passages of Scripture. In fact, the first book I wrote, New Creation Reality, was based on this passage of Scripture.

Do You Believe?
Mark 16:17 “These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out demons in my name, and they will speak in new languages. 18 They will be able to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won’t hurt them…”
“These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe…” [with emphasis]. The Bible does not say that the miraculous signs will accompany those that are in doubt or those that are afraid. You have to hinge your confidence on Jesus and in the Word of God. Read the rest of this entry
