Who He Is, II
Ps. 145:3 “The Lord is GREAT. He is worthy of our praise. No one can understand how great he is.” (ICB, emphasis added).

Esther 4:15-16 “Then Esther sent this reply to Mordecai: “Go and gather together all the Jews of Susa and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. My maids and I will do the same. And then, though it is against the law, I will go in to see the king. If I must die, I must die.”

His Plan, His People
Neh.2:17-18 “But now I said to them… Jerusalem lies in ruins, and its gates have been destroyed by fire. Let us rebuild the wall of Jerusalem and end this disgrace!” Then I told them about how the gracious hand of God had been on me… They replied at once, “Yes, let’s rebuild the wall…”

Power To Prevail
Hosea 12:3-4 “He took his brother by the heel in the womb, and by his strength he had power with God: Yea, he had power over the angel, and prevailed: he wept, and made supplication unto him: he found him in Bethel, and there he spake with us” (KJV).
We are still on our meditation on prayer. So far, we have looked at the effectiveness of prayer, the different types of prayer, and praying in tongues. About Tongues, II

Yesterday, from our reading in 1 Corinthians 14:1-15, we saw that Paul did not have an issue with speaking in tongues, neither did he have an issue with speaking in tongues either in a public place or a private place. Mysterious
Job 11:7-8 “Can you solve the mysteries of God? Can you discover everything about the Almighty? Such knowledge is higher than the heavens—and who are you? It is deeper than the underworld—what do you know?
We are still contemplating the subject of prayer. However, over the next few days, we will be looking at the mysteries of prayer. Have you found prayer to be mysterious? I have found prayer to be mysterious.
