Inspite Of the Rain
2Kings 3:17 “You will see neither wind nor rain, says the LORD, but this valley will be filled with water. You will have plenty for yourselves and your cattle and other animals” [with emphasis].
It is easy to read this Scripture and not connect with the depth of what God is saying to us. So let me explain in detail. In the Middle East when a drought comes to an end, it is usually with a very violent rain. The rain is so violent and windy that people run for cover. The effect of the rain can even cause erosion, crops will be washed away and there will be a lot of loss. But the Word of God to us is that you will not experience the violence of the rain but you will experience the result of the rain. You will not see the rain. You will not see the wind.
Make It Count
Psa.37:25 “I have been young and now I am old. And in all my years I have never seen the Lord forsake a man who loves him; nor have I seen the children of the godly go hungry” [TLB, with emphasis]
Happy Anniversary God’s Favourite House! God has been faithful and we are truly grateful for seven years of His unwavering presence. There are many seasons that felt like we were walking on water but through it all, God was right beside us. There were many steps we took just holding unto His voice, and we plunged forward despite the seeming uncertainty but God has been faithful to every Word! To Jesus who is able to do abundantly more than we can ask, think or imagine be all the glory and praise. We are totally grateful for all the testimonies, the life change, God’s Word, His anointing, His Presence and so much more.
Future Peace
Ecc.8:7 “For no one knows what is going to happen, so who can warn him before it does?” [Voice]
Human beings have an innate desire to know the future. This is why we have so many people predicting the future. Every year, different people come up with predictions of what the year holds. The business people come up with business predictions and anyone that has anything to do with anything spiritual, comes up with its own predictions. There are a lot of confusing and contradicting predictions out there because everybody just wants to have a say about what will happen in the future.
Use Me
Ps.145:5 Your beauty and splendor have everyone talking; I compose songs on your wonders.
6 Your marvelous doings are headline news; I could write a book full of the details of your greatness” [MSG]
Mary obviously knew the Word. Most of the words in Mary’s song were direct quotes from the Old Testament [Luke 1:46-55]. She knew and wrote God’s Word by heart. The more you know God’s Word, the less you worry. The less you know God’s Word, the more you worry. If you are filled with worry, it is an indication of your knowledge of God and of His Word. Your assignment today is to memorize one scripture a week. You can start with one a week and then grow to one a day. Ps. 27:10 “Even if my mother and father forsake me, the Lord will receive me.”
Most times, people that struggle with the pain of rejection, particularly from people they are most vulnerable to, start to think there is something wrong with them. The Power

Abraham kept hoping even when everything was speaking contrary- his body was speaking contrary, his wife’s body was speaking contrary, and even his culture was speaking contrary. Abraham’s friends must have had a field day mocking him, – from Abram [exalted father] to Abraham [father of nations] and still no children; he must have been the subject of every joke.
